As people with butterfinger typing who (more often than we’d like to admit) accidentally hit the “delete” key after highlighting entire new paragraphs we’ve just written, we’ll be the first to admit it: TECHNOLOGY IS HARD (and thank goodness for “Edit-Undo”). And with our academic and social lives becoming increasingly dependent on a wider variety of technological resources for researching, sharing, and disseminating information, maintaining a basic level of computer literacy is essential for students now more than ever.
